Possible surge-pricing in jeepney fares. Hayy... Oil companies are swimming in billions and billions of profit and instead of trying to shave that down, they'd rather make the poor even poorer
How is surge going to work with jeepneys anyway? I guess the price changes from 6am-10am or something?
