How make body and brain go when no energy ever ever again? how wake up at 6am when so so tired? how get energy when no energy? Big big love but small empty battery. Please? 15m2w

Hello. I’ve got a 26 month old and a 2 month old. The exhaustion is real. But I take solace in noticing certain things becoming easier. My older daughter loved to fight against getting clothes put on her. Slowly but surely, she’s not only not fighting, but she’s actually trying to help with getting her clothes on. I see these things and can tell myself that it does, indeed, get easier.

Plus, I love them both to death. So that also helps.

Hang in there, man. You got this. And just know we are all pretty dang tired.
