We had samgyupsal at home. Cooked thin sliced pork in butter, onions, and garlic. Then instead of buying ready-made ssamjang, we made our own by mixing doenjang, gochujang, sesame oil, and honey. To eat, grab a piece of meat, put it on lettuce, put a dab of ssamjang, then add some kimchi. Then wrap it all up and stuff in the mouth.
