I thought na literal na subuan ng cake nangyari, but Vice had the presence of mind to take the icing on his own finger. I guess its the faces he was making that's suggestive? I'm not the person to ask because I'm not exactly conservative, lol.

That said, MTRCB was reacting to complaints and they're just taking the appropriate action (kinda like Barbie).
