If anyone owns this device, what's the maximum amount of storage I can insert into the 2.5" SATA bay? I keep looking online, but I can't find it.

@themoonisacheese has it right. Also, consider one of those M.2 NMVE sticks. I've just upgraded all my G2's with those as well. Might be worth it for your situation.
