This was posted in their discord yesterday, but I figured I'd put it up here for posterity. Looks like the AO fix got merged into mainline. Will be testing out the new anisotropic filtering setting later today.

Lookin' good! Although it looks like you're still rendering it at native 16:9, which is causing everything to look wider than it should due to everything being stretched to fit the ultrawide aspect ratio. Running this mod should fix all of that up for you ๐Ÿ˜‰

It only affects the UI though, and unfortunately the fixed mod versions means using LayeredFS which leads to longer loading times.

I don't mind it tbh.

Although if I were going to use LayeredFS, then I could also fix the weapon switch black screen and weapon icon issues too.

Hmm, your Link definitely looks a bit... wide, but my eyes could be deceiving me.

From my experience, the additional load times introduced by LayeredFS went down drastically with Yuzu EA 3568 (was a focus of CL #10183), so it might be worth checking out again on your end regardless. Also, the newer ultrawide mods by fruithapje21 all include the blackscreen fix by default, so no need to grab an additional mod for that.

Maybe he's just big-boned ;) I think it's okay as I did a screenshot comparison with 16:9 before when having issues with the mod after updating to 1.1.2, but that was a while ago now, and maybe I just never noticed. Tbh I never noticed the UI issues until comparing it on Reddit.

But thanks, I'll try it out!
