Hello internet,

So I've been seeing a lot of hype regarding Sync for Lemmy these past months, but I don't know why. What's so special about Sync for Reddit that I should I be looking forward to it for Lemmy? I never actually tried to sync for Reddit while I was on, well Reddit. Looking for some insight.

It also had "sync" function where i could download frontpage with comments on wifi in a year where i didnt have mobile data plan or were in place with crappy internet coverage.
