Some parents have children just to get money from the government. Those "parents" don't care about their children. They're NOT going to "do better".

We pay these idiots ~50% of the cities budget, $400 million or so, absolute parasites. Adding more police doesn't decrease crime, funding the social and infrastructure projects that you cut to hire more pigs is what actually improves a community. Fucking hell, pisses me off how moronic people in charge are.
