Is my Frontpage supposed to show my subscribed communities? (self.lemmyconnect)

When I select Frontpage, I see all sorts of communities, but I would expect it to show me just the communities I subscribe to. Can anyone tell me what the Frontpage is actually showing?

Alternatively, how do I see only posts from the communities I subscribe to without having to individually visit each one?

If this is the 'Frontpage', what's 'All' ?

"All" includes federated servers.
