“The Agreement was reached orally, and no loan documentation was prepared or signed by any of the parties at that time," the lawsuit said.

Just a friendly reminder to always get it in writing, especially if it’s, you know, $2 million.

He needs to drop Lee Anderson. It's painfully obvious he's not cut out to run Zion's business. How do you not get paperwork for a $2 million dollar loan? It's been one thing after another with his team. They either need to be trained in what to do, or he needs to start looking for new people.
