It was cringe and people kept bringing it up.
No it was for a costume party. He tweeted it and his tweet is still up. The part of him wanting it removed is made up. I don't like the guy but this gets posted constantly online and is easily shown to be false.
"___ wanted this picture deleted" is just the latest version of clickbait
