Yup, separate account you could use to browse and post at lemmy.world when it has one of its many downtimes.

Thought reddit killed i.reddit/compact mode already.

You can still access it on reddit.com/.i

But if you want to navigate through it will redirect back into regular Reddit, so I use Redirector, a Google Chrome extension.
