We have low profile machanical keyboards. Why don't companies make low profile mechanical numpads? (self.budgetkeebs)

I can't seem to find any. If some do exist, please link them. I prefer low profile keyboards, so it would feel odd to have a full profile numpad next to my TKL whenever I need to use it.

It's not exactly a numpad, but keeb.io has a 16 key macropad coming soon.
