Looks like a giant house spider, Eratigena atrica.
They're completely harmless, the males do wander around looking for female, so it's not unusual to see them during the day.
On a side note, they're fast as all hell, fastest spider on land, so they can make you freak out when they zoom across a room at full speed.
I caught it in a container while it stayed still. Released it outside in some green area. I'm now kind of interested in seeing how fast it can run. Not sure I'm looking forward to it...
