The condos will be designed for either cars or motorcycles and will provide owners with customized interiors specifically made to house those vehicles utilizing a two-level design with floor plans ranging between 1,500-6,000 square feet. Additionally, buyers will select from one of four available finishes. Those who purchase a condo will have access to a variety of perks including a clubhouse and pool, private race-viewing platform, event lawn and discounts on COTA races and events,

So wait....these are not condos with nice garages, these are literal garage condos? Not for living in? But there's a pool? I'm so confused.
