The administration of US President Joe Biden refuses to transfer long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine, despite requests from Kyiv and pressure from US lawmakers.

If Ukraine wins, Putin loses and he'll be deposed. NATO is afraid of the repercussions of Putin losing, so they want to keep Russia weak but not lose even at high cost to Ukraine. You can see the pattern in them providing just enough ammo & equipment to Ukraine to keep fighting but not enough to win, particularly after AFU's first counter-offensive whch shocked Ruia & NATO alike.

Thank you, this is a very interesting perspective and way of thinking that hasn't occurred to me before. It does make perfect sense looking at things with NATO lens, but despite all of this, I hope Ukraine gets what it needs and wins ASAP!
