My parents can handle the Mail app, well almost. They open mails and view photos, but haven't tackled replies yet. Mail is awesome in that it's simple and basically works like a better SMS app for their needs. The new updated Outlook is none of that, neither simple nor awesome from perspective of less computer literate users. It's a web Outlook running as a PWA and it's unintuitive mess with way to many features. I will have to look for a simpler email client for my parents. I'm afraid there will be nothing as simple and usable (think large buttons and simple layout and text) as the original Win10 mail app that came with their PC.
