I have a similar problem. I have an 85 bluebird. One of the corner light lenses fell off. The only replacement light I can find is orange whereas mine was two tone, mostly clear.
Can't find one anywhere, so for the moment I'm using a translucent piece of PLA which I melted to shape in hot water, but it's not exactly an ideal solution.
In your case it looks like the front is clear and it's only the reflector at the back which is orange. In which case, finding a silver paint and with the aid of a syringe, carefully adding it through the bulb hole and tilting the body until the orange is covered by silver.. Would that work?
