So on the integra the front turn signal is made oit of two bulbs, I need the one circled in red to be white to pass inspection in my country. The problem is the bulb itself is white, but there is an orange filter inside and I cannot remove it.

My idea was to put in a bright blue bulb in there to compensate for the orange filter and make it appear white. Is that doable? Has anyone tried?

I don't know if Amazon is an option in your country but they do sell aftermarket replacements for your vehicle.
