What is the experience of Suitsupply from people in here?

I'm attracted by the idea of being able to find clothes, especially pants, in a reoccurring model/style/size that fits me and being able to make changes in fabric and details to change things up.

Are they any good to deal with?

I've had 3 suits from them. All purchased for weddings. I live near a flagship store in NYC, so my in store experience has always been good. They were able to offer very quick turn around times for in house tailoring which was nice. I don't have any experience with their shirts as I usually find Speir and Mackay to be the bets bang for buck dress shirt. Because I work in tech, I don't really have a lot of experience with durability of repeated wear, but I think their tailoring service does allow reinforcement of the pants if needed. Not sure if it's easy to buy 2 pairs of pants to go with a suit jacket though.
