When people say they want original movies and then don't go see them, this is why Hollywood continues to remake the same stuff.

I will say that the marketing of this one hasn't been very good. The title doesn't do it any favors.

These films mostly underperform because they're a new IP, so they deem it risky and don't advertise as heavily in case it bombs, but then no one knows of it, so it bombs. Self fulfilling prophecy.

I honestly thought it was a straight to streaming movie, had no idea it was in the cinema.

The marketing has been awful.

I saw a couple trailers. It looks like a crazy version of Moon, but I honestly have no idea what to expect. I want to see it.
