Based on the ports I've played, no. But it heavily depends on how much effort is put into the port. The low effort ports are never worth getting. Basically barely get the game running on PC and calling it a day. Awkward controls and they don't even bother to change the tutorial to tell you which key on your keyboard to press. Press "Start" to open the menu.

If they at least try to actually adapt it to PC users then maybe. Depends how how much effort was out into making it run well.

So yea, not a lot of developers put in the actual effort to make a port worth playing. GTA 5 was horribly unoptimized, wasn't it? Maybe they learned, but I wouldn't bet on it.
