With the state of the power grid in SA, you have to wonder what kind of promises were made to satisfy MS that they'll be able to keep the lights on.

I'd hope that at least a good chunk of the investment would go towards ensuring the power grid is improved but knowing how things work there I have serious doubts.

More likely than not, SA citizens will feel the brunt of this.
