Yea no. Not every bottom side matches a top side so this is not a dice.
In the original post on rpgmemes, someone suggested rolling it on a glass table and crawling underneath to check the result.

What is we're all just characters in some fantasy game, our choices dependant on the dice rolls and whims of creatures far greater and more real than us?
You just need to be creative. If there is no side facing directly up, you just avarage all sides closest to up.
