I would go for a Trmnl. Basically a bigger e-ink version of this device that doesn’t have to be coupled to power all the time and is around the same price.

I agree. I really like the look of this better. I also love that it can stay powered on for up to 3 months on a charge. But it is $30 more and looks like it's sold out and no stock until after April. If i had to choose, I would go with your pick.
