My guess at the full story:
They left their vehicles out in the open while they got drunk. The Ukrainians found them and destroyed them. Not once or twice, but half a dozen times.
Leadership says no more vehicles for you but you still have to make the deliveries.
And the poor donkey gets drafted.
This video is what happens when the drink comes out again.
I like this tale but I have another.
Putin understands he can only spend X amount on the war before he has to do something different. That amount is closing in and he's really not willing to burn more equipment when he thinks he can win this war politically with the orange baboon
