Got through 2 minutes of someone rambling. Eventually the suggestion was to encrypt your files before sending them to a cloud provider which...

I mean sure? 12 whole minutes of that. If you use Linux. Use GPG to encrypt your files and store the key somewhere safe.

If you use windows. Swap to Linux. Until then 7Zip has great encryption features.

Not to be a dick but this would have been better as a blog. A video needs some kind of backbone to be interesting. Do some research. Granted I watched 2 minutes before giving up so maybe it gets better?

What cloud providers have turned data over to authorities? Show how to set up a self hosted cloud? I dunno.
