Hallo liebe Linux-Gemeinde, ich bin aktuell dabei mich von US-Produkten so weit es geht zu trennen... dazu zählt auch Microsoft Windows.

Ganz ehrlich... ich hätte den Cut schon lange gemacht, wenn da nicht manche Spiele wären, auf die ich nicht verzichten möchte, allen voran World of Warcraft.

Ich habe mir eben einen Boot-Stick mit ZorinOS erstellt, mit der Hoffnung darauf ohne große Probleme WOW spielen zu können.

Bevor ich aber den großen Cut wage, wollte ich mal in die Runde fragen, ob jemand von euch damit Erfahrung hat? Läuft es stabil? Wie ist die Performance im Vergleich zu Windows?

Ich habe einen 7600X3D & Radeon 7800XT. Vielen Dank vorab für alle Berichte und Tipps!

Should be fairly easy through Lutris afaik. https://www.linuxfordevices.com/tutorials/linux/install-world-of-warcraft-in-linux

There is also a Launcher from Turtle WoW but I suspect it only works with their specific game files. But maybe worth a try: https://turtle-wow.fandom.com/wiki/Playing_Turtle-Wow_on_Linux
