If you’ve been looking for adding WiFi 7 to your wireless network, but didn’t want to pay for the Eero Max 7, then there is some good news. Eero announced two new systems:

Eero 7 Pro - WiFi 7, 3x3 antennas and 5Gbps Ethernet ports. $300/each

Eero 7 — WiFi 7, 2x2 antennas and 2.5Gbps Ethernet ports. $170/each.

I’m still rocking the WiFi 5 “pros”. I’m tempted to upgrade, but I might be too cheap to pull the trigger right now. 🙂

Not too shabby. My Pro 6e setup is holding up very well for my home so I don’t need to step up, but still nice to see. I still HATE that Amazon owns them and they try to make you subscribe to their ridiculous plan, but the hardware is great and the software just works.
