It's from Joe, so take it with a pinch of salt, but will be a shame if it's true. It's been refreshing to have a happy, more emotional Doctor for a change. Although yes some of the writing has been... Yeah... Still a big improvement on Chibnall's era, but that's a pretty low bar.

I get that for the 13th doctor, but Gatwa's episodes were written by Russell T Davies and Steven Moffat. Why they wrote the second worst doctor is beyond me though.

Last season showed just how hack RTD and Moffat have got (and I say that as a fan of prior work)
