Hey 👋 I've been working on a new Lemmy client called Bean for the last few weeks and I've put out an early beta.

It's missing some features at the moment but I'm working to get it feature complete by early next week and would appreciate some feedback as I develop!

Downloaded it through TestFlight however when trying to login, the app crashes.

Is you instance open for registrations? I’ll see what might be different if so.

Managed to login now, it’s a bit different than with other apps. I usually copy the instant/site link altogether with ‘https’.

In this case that was not needed, just needed the start with ‘Lemmy’.

It looks promising!

Oh, in which case, that's absolutely a bug! It's meant to check for an https
