Not sure how we plan to do things in this magazine in terms of handling spoilers and leaks yet, so I’m putting that in the title.

Not sure why these scanlations are half colored, but it is what it is.

It's more believable for me that he's not dead because of this. I expect he'll remain a frozen trophy for Blackbeard and a prize for the Straw Hats to recover when they take him down. And hopefully one Chopper can save once they unfreeze him, but at the very least, I expect Luffy to be able to get at least one last conversation with Garp before he passes.
