Awful Taste But Great Execution

It's their attempt at saying what MSRP would be for the item, at a non-discount store, but it's likely that the item itself isn't sold outside of discounters and there is no comparable item (since the item is made specifically for discounters, cheaply). So it's basically a made up number based on nothing.

I figure it's a retail term to suggest how much something might cost elsewhere or perhaps, the value something similar was sold for.
