There's vanicream free and clear medicated shampoo with zinc pyrithione 2%. I've used medicated shampoos from a dermatologist before, it felt more gentle than some of the ones I tried OTC (like Nizoral and Selsun Blue felt stripping). I just had dandruff though, I don't have eczema. You can help protect the rest of your hair by applying some conditioner or oil to the lengths of your hair before rinsing off.
That's a good idea. I have been using a root-comb bottle to apply the shampoo directly to the scalp and avoid as much contact with the hair. Then I can use a gentler shampoo on the mid-section and the ends. But as you can imagine this processes can be a pain :)
