Its not a crime to sell Nazi merch so they couldnt legally pull it down but if ye were breaking t's an c's then they can argue if needed in court. They can't come out and say we pulled you because you are a piece of shit.
what? they're a private business, they could deny you for bad music taste if they want.
I expect Kanye can afford pretty mean lawyers and is prone to rash decisions. Gotta be very careful.
Private businesses who ban people have to have a reason or they can be sued. This is America we're talking about.
