The newly introduced legislation would make it a felony for men to “discharge semen without the intent to fertilize." It's called the "Conception Begins at Erection Act."

"If you think it's absurd to regulate men, then you should think it's equally absurd to regulate women," Somani responded. "So this is to make a statement," I said. "It is a statement," Somani giggled.

It was co-sponsored by two Dems, one of whom is an obgyn. This is not a serious bill y'all, its a statement on the hypocrisy and absurdity of anti-abortion bills. It was never meant to pass.
