Did someone cut some trees down on property they didn't have permission to do that on? Call a lawyer if you're the property owner, because they might owe hundreds of thousands of dollars.

NBCUniversal said that the move was annual landscaping

Which is why the city is moving forward with an investigation and possible fines. "First annual," I guess?

Edit: Clearly @Hellsadvocate appreciates making things difficult for unions.
