I'm a mechanic at a fairly large regional brewery. $65k after 4 years, looking for at least a 5% raise this year, with some serious QoL improvements and schedule changes... but I've pretty much hit the ceiling in this place.

If I were doing the same work at a non-beer facility, I would expect to be making at least $80k.

Don't expect to get a lot of money out of this industry. Get in for the experiences and good times.
