I don't have ADHD, but:

Me: Hmm I need to backup all my photos

Also Me: Nah, I can do that tomorrow, it's not like my phone is gonna break in the middle of the night

Repeats for a few months...

(I have it in a cloud drive now, but still haven't copied it to my portable SSDs yet, maybe I'll do it tomorrow... What are the odds of my cloud shutting down and my phone breaking at the same time. Let's worry about it tomorrow)
