My net worth reports already include unrealized gains by default. Perhaps you're not tracking your stocks/securities properly, are you using the Stock account with correct tickers and pulling prices with finance quote?
Yep this was my mistake. I had to set the price options properly and now it tracks unrealised gains
Last up though report date or nearest to report date make the most sense
