If you're not familiar with r/Fednews, it's a subreddit where gov workers are sharing stories.

Unionizing is already going to be a uphill battle in this Trump era. But don't quit. Don't feel like it's a hopeless cause. They want you to quit. They want you to be angry and get rid of you.

If you want change, then stay. Do just enough. Wait for an opening and force them to fire you.

That's what they did during the democrat presidents.

I have no idea what you're even doing with your life.

It’s called earning a living. Not everybody has the luxury of a moral high horse to ride off into some picturesque sunset. They have bills to pay and mouths to feed.
