Because conservatism is an interesting topic to me and this is a community to discuss it in. If you were looking for a safe-space\echo-chamber there's a 'conservatives only' community that bans anyone they don't like.

That one actually got removed because the owner got banned. The owner was posting some absolutely crazy shit.
