The overwhelming majority of my department and most in my area are very Right and far right politically. To each their own, I always steer away from political conversations at station. I always found it funny because their politics actively go against their own wages and benefits.

Exactly this. I love my job and I love the people I work with even though I don’t agree with their politics. I just laugh it off, bunch of wonderful idiots
