Oh I wasn't aware oestrogen and testosterone had such effects, very interesting to know :)

Yeah. Your extremities get colder on estrogen and hotter on testosterone. Your skin also gets more dry and your metabolism slows. This means you can't eat as much and aren't as hungry. It also slows your heart rate and steadies your hands, so you get to be a better sniper πŸ˜‰

I've loved the decreased heart rate and running cooler overall, but ugh, my metabolism has not changed at all! Like, I'm happy I can keep enjoying food, but I'd love to be a bit more soft and fluffy πŸ‡ my skin though, omg it's just amazingly soft now!!

Ikr? It's like every part of my body feels nice to touch. All of my excess body fat feels like a squishy pillow instead of a harsh burden. I almost don't mind being overweight. Girl fat hits different πŸ₯°
