Unfortunately with all of nvidia's bells and whistles for the new DLSS, I doubt the actual game experience will be anywhere near as comparable between the two. Anyone buying a mid range card like the 5070 or 9070 is happy to turn on things like upscaling and frame gen if it helps them get the most bang for their buck, and nvidia's tech is considerably better on that front. The only way AMD will be competitive (IMO) is if they're prices ~$100 below the Nvidia equivalent model.
