Anyway, Zubimendi will likely push Rice to left 8, a role where he doesn't do well because his game isn't and hasn't ever been to unlock his winger. Zubimendi does unlock players, but if he's unlocking Ødegaard and Rice, we're still not creating chances for our strengths. It's basically akin to fake xG, so then we have our striker(s) trying to score from crosses constantly. It's a fucking mess.

But do you think we're bringing in all three? No and since when do three players replace 7.
