Can Biden be held accountable by the ICC for war crimes as well. He keeps funding them.

the icc's purpose is to ensure that global north has justification for their actions and it has already bitten their master's hand when i issued an arrest warrant for netanyahu and gallant; they will go no further than this.

The ICC needs a country to bring a case forward. No country has seemingly done so against the US.

The International Colonial Court is only for punishing colonial subjects.

Any nation can bring a case to the ICC. South Africa brought one against Israel, and the ICC ended up issuing arrest warrants, including for Netanyahu.

It's also no wonder that unstable parts of the world tend to produce warlords that commit crimes against humanity. This also happens in places with strong ethnic tensions, e.g. where borders are poorly drawn.

I think the ICC is neutral and impartial, or at the very least they try to be to the best of their ability. But it's no surprise the ICC often gets cases brought forward on African warlords, because that's an unstable area created by western colonialism. Nonetheless, the ICC does not necessarily shy away from prosecuting white people, e.g. in the former Yugoslavia, Israel or Russia.

He should and he should rot in prison for whatever life he still has, but who would enforce it?
