I’m with you on the distrust and avoidance of social media as a tool of distraction and mass manipulation. I’m not a pessimist, but I’m honestly unsure of what we could do without risking a criminal record.

Between a SCOTUS that granted presidential immunity, a party-loyal Congress, and a President that has already used militarized force against protestors, what do you propose people do to fight the rise of fascism in the US?

People who aren't caregivers can afford riskier actions. Ask what people need, and get it to them. Eventually you'll connect with other groups that will get you in truly secure platforms like Signal to organize. That started with Roe V Wade being overturned.

For people with families, you keep quiet about specifics, you only organize on platforms like Signal, and you do what you know you can do. It's all a risk, but if you can get money to the people above you provide that. Supplies? Provide that. Transportation? There you go. Jobs to the persecuted? Very likely to be helpful (see Schindler's list). Doctor? You run underground care at night. Programmer? You work on tools like Signal to help efforts. Chemists, engineers, etc? You work on tiny scales to develop tools to counter the fascist military forces.

Theres something we can all do. And the size doesn't matter, as long as we do it.

Well, it sounds like you are at the point where partisan fighting might start to break out.

Honestly though, you need to organize. And fast.

Why do you write like you’re about to enter a poetry slam?
