This looks like a bunch of actually awful changes. Pretty surprisingly since the tone of last patch was to make everything a little better. I'll give it a go but I have a feeling I'll be skipping this season until these get reverted...

Im pretty happy with the map coverage and altars being account wide though

Yeah, that's a really good change. The rest seems so strange after the last patch though
