I did 12 years in retail at 6'7

At one point people stopped using the ladder to reach items for their customers and literally interrupted me to have me fetch items (their manager) and I had to say at one point, I'm not your ladder. If I'm busy get it yourself or be patient until I'm finished my current task/sale. If I'm not busy I don't mind helping but it can't be exclusively my problem that you are short.
